Draft Run: a low-cost early version of the same video, used to lock in direction and composition. Compute for each generation is billed separately, and draft fees are not credited toward the final cut.
Single-shot revision: one included per final cut; additional shots are quoted individually—no need to redo the whole video.
Failed generations are never billed. For long-term website clients, monthly video credits are included in your website plan—contact us for details.

What do I need to provide?

One sentence on the video's purpose, 2–3 clear photos of your equipment or product, and your target languages. If the photos aren't enough, we'll tell you which angles we still need.

Can you make a video if I have no materials at all?

We can produce an AI atmosphere-style video, but if you want to show your actual equipment, we still recommend providing at least clear product photos. That's also the key to keeping the final video from looking like generic AI content.

What if I'm not satisfied?

Before generation, you approve a shot-by-shot text storyboard; you can stop at any time before approval at no charge. After generation, if any single shot doesn't match the approved storyboard, that shot can be adjusted or redone.

Who owns the video? Can I use it in ads?

Once delivery is confirmed, the final files and usage rights are yours—use them on your website, at trade shows, on social media, YouTube, and in ad campaigns; provided that the materials and brand elements you supply are legally cleared for use.
