What it is
Most companies solve the same problem twice because nobody wrote down how it was solved the first time. Documentation First and Automation First are this engine's two operating principles: undocumented knowledge cannot be replicated, and every workflow should be repeatable.
A workflow here is not a diagram — it is an executable procedure with inputs, checks, and outputs, run by agents under AI Operational Excellence rules.
