FirstSite
The delivery engine for agencies and technical licensing partners. One codebase ships group sites, sub-brand sites and custom platforms, with GEO and SEO written into the architecture — learn it once, and every client you serve gets recommended by AI engines and ranked by search engines. FirstSite is three products that work as one system: an Industry Knowledge Base that feeds the content, a scalable site platform that grows with the business, and GEO-era moat operations that keep that content cited and ranked.

01
Industry Knowledge Base
Your site starts from knowledge, not from a template.
Every industry speaks its own language — specifications, processes, certifications, application scenarios. Generic AI content gets this wrong, and buyers notice in seconds.
FirstSite starts from a structured Industry Knowledge Base: domain knowledge from our Industry Intelligence engine — semiconductors, PCB, machine tools, medical devices, food and beyond — organized into AI-usable knowledge assets (RAG / knowledge graph). Your site content, product descriptions, FAQs, and technical articles are generated and maintained from this base.
This means three things. Your content is grounded — sourced from verified domain knowledge, not model hallucination. Your terminology is insider-correct — overseas buyers immediately recognize that you know your trade. And your knowledge compounds — every page published settles back into your own knowledge base, an asset that gets thicker with use and moves with you, on any model, any platform.
02
Highly Scalable Website Platform
One foundation, from first page to full platform.
Most websites are built as one-off projects: pick a template, fill in content, launch — then slowly fall behind the business until someone tears it down and starts over. FirstSite builds your website as a platform, not a project.
At the core is a modern headless CMS with a cloud backend (BaaS): content is fully decoupled from presentation, stored as structured data, and served through APIs to any frontend. The multi-tenant architecture means every site runs on one continuously evolving foundation — each platform upgrade benefits every site at once, instead of each site aging alone.
Performance and technical SEO are built in, not bolted on: static generation with global CDN delivery puts Core Web Vitals in the green from day one, while structured data (Schema/JSON-LD), hreflang multilingual routing, and sitemaps are generated automatically — every technical signal search engines and AI engines look for, configured at the factory.
Scalability works in four directions at once: languages (full multilingual), sites (multi-brand, multi-site), features (membership, commerce, booking, payments), and traffic (cloud-native, no re-architecture at peak). Start with a one-page company site; wherever the business grows, it is the same foundation — no rebuild, ever.
Most important of all: data sovereignty. Your content lives as structured assets in your database, not as HTML locked inside somebody's template. It can be exported, migrated, and fed to AI — the website grows with your business, and the content asset goes wherever you go.
03
GEO-Era Moat Operations
Launch is the starting line, not the finish.
Traditional website maintenance means keeping the server up and the plugins patched. GEO-era operations are a different discipline entirely: search algorithms, AI engines' citation preferences, and your competitors' content all shift every month. A moat is not something you dig once — it is something you operate.
First Page Suite (FPS) runs on playbooks, not intuition — standard operating procedures distilled from cross-market, battle-tested data in our Digital Growth Intelligence engine: keyword and semantic architecture, content structure (answer-first leads, question headings, structured data), internal and external link networks, update cadence. Every move is a verified practice, and the playbook itself keeps versioning as the engine learns.
You cannot operate what you cannot see. We continuously monitor your site across search rankings and AI citations. How do leading AI assistants, answer engines, and AI-generated search experiences describe you? Which pages do they cite? Are they getting it right? Every deviation becomes the correction order for the next content cycle.
Content is never "published and done" — it enters an iteration loop: monitor the data, find the gaps, generate and revise from your own industry knowledge base (see 01), publish, and return to monitoring. A fixed cadence, compounding results: every cycle makes your site more cited and harder to replace, targeting three first pages at once — your homepage, page one of search results, and the first source AI engines cite.
That is the true shape of a digital moat: not a beautiful one-off website, but an operating system that never stops running. Competitors can copy your layout. They cannot copy your knowledge base, your citation footprint, or your iteration discipline.
PVL.Design
14 variables, and the whole brand changes.
A design system is not a PDF of rules. It is code that runs. To change brands you change variables — not mockups, and not CSS.
Brand layer
14 variables derive the whole system: color steps, semantic colors, spacing, radii, shadows, type scale, dark mode, RTL mirroring. All of it follows.
Cuts the design-system build time for every new brand
Quality gate
Any step that fails contrast drops to the neighbouring step that passes WCAG AA. Hardcoded color values and RTL violations get blocked by lint before commit, with nobody watching.
Cuts the pre-delivery accessibility pass and the rework
Design and code in sync
Design pushes a change, code detects the drift and flags it. Implementation and mockups stop diverging, and a redesign does not start with a reconciliation exercise.
Cuts the review meetings between design and front-end
Partnership models
Resell it, or own it.
Two kinds of partnership. The difference is whose infrastructure the platform runs on and who operates it. Neither one asks you to hire a platform engineering team. Advertising agency partners are already running on it.
Model A
Agency partner
You deliver, and your clients only see your brand
- White-label delivery — FirstSite never appears in front of your clients
- Each client gets its own tenant, with fully isolated data
- We handle platform operations and upgrades
- Your delivery cost is fixed, and there is no ceiling on client count
For advertising agencies, web-build platform companies, design studios and independent contractors.
Model B
Technical licensing
Put the platform inside your own product line
- License the engine and design system, running on your infrastructure
- Deployment rights and data sovereignty stay with you, with no vendor lock-in
- Extend modules on your roadmap; we supply the upgrade path
- Fold it into an existing product — to the outside world it is your stack
For SaaS platform companies, systems integrators and in-house technical teams.
Architectural trade-offs
No orphaned technology, no Christmas tree of plugins.
A plugin ecosystem solves what is missing today. The price is that every site you deliver ends up tied to a crowd of maintainers you have no control over. We took the other road.
WordPress
Plugin ecosystemArchitecture
Capability comes from stacking plugins; twenty or thirty on one site is normal
Technical risk
A plugin stops being maintained, and the site you delivered becomes orphaned technology
Maintenance load
Every plugin updates on its own schedule, and compatibility problems never stop
Cost of scale
Another tenant means another site and another set of plugins; marginal cost never comes down
GEO / SEO
Structured data bolted on afterwards by a plugin, and only as deep as its author went
Data sovereignty
Content is bound into the template and the plugins' data structures; moving it means building it again
FirstSite
Native modulesArchitecture
Native, lean and modular — install what you need, and what you don't simply isn't there
Technical risk
The code is in your hands, maintenance sits with one party, and nothing gets orphaned
Maintenance load
An in-house engine with a Headless CMS, and exactly one upgrade path
Cost of scale
One codebase carries 10,000+ tenants, and marginal cost drops 95%
GEO / SEO
Structured content and vector retrieval are written into the architecture, not added later
Data sovereignty
Content is a structured asset in a database — exportable, portable, and ready to feed any AI
Light, without feeling cheap.
FirstSite rewrote what a website should be for the AI era: no technical debt, no features that exist only to fill out a feature list, and no team hours burned on compatibility. Your team concentrates on selling and on content. The platform makes sure it gets seen.

FAQ
The ten things partners ask first.
From what makes the product different to how it is priced, in the order these actually come up in conversations. Anything we missed, just ask.
01How is FirstSite different from an ordinary website build?
An ordinary build is a one-off project: pick a template, fill in the content, launch, then watch it fall behind as the business grows until the only option left is to tear it down and rebuild. FirstSite treats a website as a platform — content comes from an Industry Knowledge Base, it runs on a multi-tenant platform that keeps getting upgraded, and after launch First Page Suite handles continuous GEO and SEO operations. The three are delivered as one. What your client buys is a digital asset that compounds, not a one-time deliverable.
02What is the Industry Knowledge Base, and how is it different from generating content with AI?
Every industry has its own language — specifications, processes, certifications, applications. Generic AI content gives itself away in the first paragraph, and an informed buyer spots it in seconds. FirstSite content comes from structured industry knowledge: semiconductor, PCB, machine tools, medical devices, food and more, organized into RAG and a knowledge graph. The content is sourced rather than hallucinated, the terminology is what insiders actually say, and every page published settles back into your client's own knowledge base, which gets deeper the more it is used.
03Does the content get locked into the platform? Can clients take their data with them?
They can. Content is a structured asset in a database, not HTML welded into a template. It can be exported, migrated, and fed to any AI model. That matters in the room: when a client asks whether switching vendors means being held hostage, your answer is no — and that is exactly the guarantee a plugin ecosystem cannot give.
04Why not just use WordPress?
WordPress adds capability by stacking plugins, and twenty or thirty on a single site is normal. The moment a plugin stops being maintained, the site becomes orphaned technology. Every plugin updates on its own schedule, so compatibility problems never stop. And every new client means another site plus another set of plugins, so marginal cost never comes down. FirstSite is natively modular, maintenance sits with one party, and the same codebase supports more than 10,000 tenants.
05What does the agency partnership look like? Will clients know FirstSite is behind it?
They won't. It is white-label delivery: FirstSite never appears in front of your clients. What they see is your brand and your service. Each client gets its own tenant with fully isolated data, we run and upgrade the platform, and you focus on selling and serving. Advertising agency partners are already running on it.
06How does technical licensing differ from the agency model, and which should I pick?
The difference is whose infrastructure the platform runs on and who operates it. In the agency model we operate, you sell. Technical licensing puts the engine and design system in your hands, running on your own infrastructure, with deployment rights and data sovereignty yours. You can fold it into an existing product line, and to the outside world it is your technology stack.
Pick the agency model if you want to start quickly and stay out of infrastructure; pick licensing if you already have a technical team, need data sovereignty, or want to build this capability into your own product.
07How long does a new client site take to launch, and how much engineering does it need?
Three days. A designer changes the color tokens and 14 brand variables; an engineer touches nothing — code changes across brands are zero. In one proven case, a partner went from 1 client brand to 10 in three months with 0 engineers on it.
08What is the difference between GEO and SEO, and how does FirstSite do both?
SEO gets search engines to rank you. GEO gets AI engines to cite you. What the two need overlaps heavily without being the same: search engines look at technical signals and links, AI engines look at the structure of the content, where it came from, and whether it can be quoted.
FirstSite feeds both ends from the same structured content — Schema and JSON-LD, hreflang multilingual routing, fully automatic sitemap generation — while the content itself comes from a sourced knowledge base. The target is three first pages: the site's own front page, the first page of search results, and first in line when an AI engine cites.
09Do multilingual, e-commerce and membership features have to be built separately?
No. The platform expands in four directions at once: language (full multilingual support with hreflang routing), sites (multi-brand, multi-site), features (membership, e-commerce, booking, payments) and traffic (cloud-native, no re-architecture at peak). Start with a one-page site and the same foundation carries the business wherever it grows. You never have to tear it down and rebuild.
10How is pricing structured?
It depends on the model. Agency pricing follows tenant count and service level; technical licensing is a license fee plus upgrade support. In practice what partners care about is unit economics — what each client site costs to deliver, what it can be sold for, how long it takes to pay back. Tell us how many clients you have today and what a site costs you to deliver, and we will send back the math.
