CaptureVoice — First-Hand Material Solution

What your business actually knows is in the owner’s head, not in a ten-year-old PDF.

For a website, a press release, or a knowledge base, the hardest part was never the writing — it is that the client cannot produce the material. CaptureVoice uses an industry-specific question bank so they can just talk — and one recording yields four assets you can use directly.

  • Web copy
  • Press releases (quotes playable to source audio)
  • Short-form video (original voice)
  • Knowledge entries (timestamped)

The Problem

"Please send us a company profile" — and back comes a ten-year-old PDF

It is not that the owner has nothing to say. Twenty years of craft, why customers come back, why they can stand behind a spec — it is all in their head. Four things get in the way:

"What am I supposed to say?"

No idea where to start

"Tell us about your company" is a question nobody answers well. Someone has to ask it one question at a time.

"Well, back in the seventies…"

Never reaches the point

Twenty minutes in and the product has not come up. The questions have to steer toward what buyers actually want to hear.

"Our company upholds integrity and…"

It turns into an ad

The moment it is for publication, people switch to ad-speak — and ad-speak is exactly what gets a release rejected and keeps AI from citing you.

"That is nothing special, everyone does that."

Blind to their own edge

Spend long enough in an industry and the most valuable things feel ordinary. The system cross-reads all ten segments to surface what others cannot do but you consider routine — and turns it into a selling point.

How It Works

From one recording to copy you approved line by line

One interview, four destinations. Every step in between is automated — except approval, which is always you.

  1. 01

    Industry question bank

Guided questioning, not a form — the company gets told one question at a time.

  2. 02

    Segmented recording

A 3-segment pilot plus 7 in the main batch, each re-recordable on its own. No marathon session.

  3. 03

    Transcript

Two engines cross-check, with terminology correction — your part numbers, jargon, and client names come out right.

  4. 04

    Draft and review

The AI checks every line against what you actually said. Nothing embellished, nothing invented on your behalf.

  5. 05

    Owner approval

Nothing goes out until you have confirmed it line by line.

The Pilot Batch

Three segments first, the rest after — stop at 3/10 if it is not working

Nobody speaks well the first time they record. That is normal, which is why we do not ask for everything at once: record three segments, and we use them to tune two things — the system's vocabulary (your part numbers, terms, client names) and the questions for the remaining seven. You also see the output from those three, which shows you what "telling it well" actually sounds like.

The pilot batch is both a quality calibration and your stop-loss point — you know whether this is worth continuing at 30% progress, not after all ten segments are done.

Worked Example

One 40-second answer becomes four assets

Take a precision machining shop as an example. The question bank does not ask "what is your core competency" — nobody answers that well. It asks:

Question bank · differentiation

"Why did your last customer choose you over someone else? How did they put it?"

The owner’s own words (transcript)

"It was… lead time, really. The Japanese client came to audit the plant, saw we hold tolerance at plus-minus five microns, said it was steadier than their previous supplier. We also take HRC58 stock — most shops will not touch it."

▶ 00:14:32 — playable source audio

Web copy → homepage differentiation block

Tolerance held steady at ±0.005 mm — the reason a Japanese client moved the order across after auditing the plant. HRC58 high-hardness stock, accepted as standard.

Spoken becomes written, without losing an ounce of the confidence behind "we take it".

Press release → quote playable to source

"The Japanese client said during the audit that our tolerance was steadier than their previous supplier." — Plant Manager Wang, ○○ Precision

You confirm every line before release. Someone questions the quote? Play 00:14:32. One interview yields several releases, enough to sustain a multi-wave campaign.

Short-form video (original voice) → Weave

Those 40 seconds of source audio, captioned, are already a short video — the owner saying it himself carries more weight than any voice-over.

No re-recording, no synthetic voice; the original audio is the material. Weave produces and distributes it to social.

Knowledge entry → timestamped

Term: HRC58 high-hardness machining / Spec: tolerance ±0.005 mm / Source: interview · differentiation 00:14:32 / Status: confirmed by the owner

Every future piece of copy and every AI answer cites this entry — instead of guessing again.

Not a word of what you said gets changed — only organized.

The system can transcribe, draft, and cross-check automatically. But approval is always you: every line that goes out has been confirmed by you, and every one of them plays back to the moment you said it. We even keep the jargon and the older terms you habitually use — recording faithfully how you say it is this product's baseline, not a limitation.
